2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect contact information such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address; information you provide about a student, such as name, age or age group and class interests; booking, enrollment and attendance information; and the contents of communications you send us.
If you provide emergency contacts, accessibility needs, allergies or other health-related information for safe participation, we use that information for the relevant safety and accommodation purposes and limit access to people who need it. Please do not send sensitive health information through advertising forms or ordinary text messages.
When payments are accepted, payment providers process payment details. We may receive transaction records, payment status and limited payment identifiers.
For messaging, we retain the phone number provided, consent selections, the date and source of consent, relevant form disclosures, message history and opt-out records.
Our website and its providers may collect technical information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and interactions with the site.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, recommend appropriate classes, arrange trials, manage enrollment and attendance, process payments, provide customer support, communicate scheduling changes and help maintain student safety. We also use it to operate and secure our systems, prevent misuse, keep business records and comply with legal obligations.
We send promotional emails or texts only where permitted by law and obtain consent where required. We use technical information to maintain and improve the website and, only if enabled and appropriately disclosed, measure marketing performance.
4. How we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to service providers that help us operate, such as website hosts, booking and registration systems, customer relationship management providers, messaging providers and payment processors. They may process information on our behalf to provide those services, subject to appropriate restrictions. We limit information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect safety, enforce agreements or address fraud. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections. We may disclose other information at your direction or with your permission.
We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own independent marketing.
5. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and opt-in data are not included in disclosures to marketing partners or business-transfer recipients for independent marketing use.
We may provide mobile information and related consent records to service providers solely as needed to operate and support our own messaging program, or disclose information when legally required. These disclosures do not authorize recipients to send their own marketing messages.
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP or by clearly requesting that we stop through the contact information above. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. We may keep limited consent and suppression records after an opt-out so we can respect your preferences and meet legal obligations.
6. Cookies and advertising choices
Cookies and similar tools may support website functions and, if enabled, analytics or advertising measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work as expected if cookies are blocked. Browser controls alone may not disable all tracking technologies.
7. Children and parent-provided information
Our online forms and messaging program are intended for parents, legal guardians and adult students. Parents or guardians may provide information about a child for class placement, enrollment, administration and safety. We do not knowingly collect information online directly from children under 13 without any legally required parental notice and consent.
If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information directly to us online without appropriate parental involvement, contact us. We will investigate and delete the information or take other steps required by law. Parents may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information about their child, subject to appropriate identity and authority verification and legal retention requirements.
8. Photos and videos
These website policies do not authorize public use of a student’s photograph, video or testimonial. We obtain any required permission separately before using identifiable student images for publicity or marketing. Contact us with questions or to withdraw permission for future use, subject to the terms of the applicable release and law.
9. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including enrollment administration, accounting, safety, dispute resolution, legal requirements and documenting consent or honoring opt-outs. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified, subject to reasonable backup cycles.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning copies of your information, certain processing, targeted advertising or appeals of denied requests. We will handle requests as required by the laws that apply to us and may verify your identity and authority before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted reasons.
To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us. Essential account or scheduling communications may continue through permitted channels. To stop texts, follow Section 5. Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel enrollment or a booking.
11. Third-party websites
Independent third-party websites and services linked from our website have their own privacy practices. Please review their notices before providing information to them.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required for material changes.
